Today, my luckiest day
Monday, February 18, 2008

Yay. I lived through another day. Please rejoice. First, i screwed my trip to school. Then i screwed my test.
I was lucky enough to have been bad to turn my head and look and jeremy's answer script during geography test, if not, I'd have missed 10 whole marks out. Stupidly enough, i rushed through section A (MCQ) and find myself face to face with a relatively stupid Section C set of questions. I finished it with much ease.. MUCH EASE until i realised that it was too good to be true that i finished the paper with 15 minutes to spare. Yes indeed, TOO GOOD to be TRUE. It was false. I realised that i merrily skipped the WHOLE of Section B - 10 marks. For once my hands shivered in fear during a geography test. Oh well, lucky lucky me i managed to stabalize my hand and write the stupid answers...
Come to think of it, its rather stupid in the sense that in last years Geography tests, they made so much sense, looking for quality in answers. This year, they have so many crappy questions, we regurgitate our notes - only to realise that they are half digested. Can someone please ask for a change in this stupid test format. okay.. maybe i should.. someday..
Right, backwards day, backwards order to the blogging for the day. In the morning, fabulous me stood on the overhead bridge. I saw a long bus at the junction. WOW ME!~ I flew down the flight of staircase and sprinted towards the bus. The busdriver looked shocked enough to see a Hwa chong student chionging at his bus. He awkwardly (can see from his constipated face) waited for me. Sure enough, i thanked him and "moved to the rear". Then, as the bus was driving into upper bukit timah road, i felt something weird. Why the hell is this bus so empty. I looked around again only to realise the absence of hwachong/st. marg/MGS/NYGH (they'd be missing anyway) students on the bus. In exchange, i've got some clementi town students. To my yayed horror, I finally realised that i was freaking on 184. NOT 67.
Sure enough, lucky me hopped off the bus at the bend on the road before 184 would continue past KAP and all the way down to somewhere in hell. Got off the bus, smelt some good cigar smoke from a few underage smokers who'd die by 30 i guess.
This day is backwards enough, but of course still got things to look forward to la! Must be optimistic, who taught me that, i forgot.
Right, since things that go in an orderly manner shall be presented in orderly manners, i shall start from early in the morning... Okay, wait. What can possibly go right in mornings. daily attendance, half the class forgets to do homework, loses voice to get them down to flag raising. Good as ever.
Good things only started at the last period (english) or i should say table arranging and seat changing period. Yay to the fact that im in the same place, boo to the fact that i still see idiots infront of me, boo to the fact that jeremy's not beside me anymore (zomg misses jeremy), consolation's that kelvin's there and uh... yay to the fact that jarrett's there beside kelvin in our "row" of 3 rather than timothy yu who would spoil my broadband connection. We practically spent the whole period doing the changing of seats and the english teacher gave up hope of teaching us anything in 5 minutes and asked us to do our own work quietly. yes, how quiet indeed.
After school.... got cheap lunch cause im 常客at green plate stall... CMC boring meeting. Ah, fun again. COCB briefing. Yay me, boo me for the same reason. I was blur enough not to realise until today that it was no more than 11 precious days till i fly off to brisbane for some exchange programme in a missionary college with auditoriums that my teachers consider spartan. Exciting, sure enough. Away from school, with a group of friends like uh.. Jeremy, nat, cedric aka damians mum aka j.foo's brother. Boo me for the fact that although i'd be with this group of great pals, i'd miss Singapore. Hell no, not miss home. I'd miss other pals in Singapore. aiya, name list too long. i shouldn't list. If not blog length put some people off again >.<
OH CRAP. Things getting backwards again. It's 7.34.... LATE LIAO. Time to study history to get myself ancient cause im from an ancient consortium -.-
anyway, ciaos~
